I've used Starbucks apps in many countries and this one is uniquely awful. It is frustrating from beginning to end. Not a single ounce of effort has been put into the customer experience. Instead of wait 2 minutes to order at the counter... it took more than 20 minutes of navigating into and out of menus back to other pages just to get anything to work. Also after all that my order doesn't even get me any reward points. I don't have the room to even write everything that sucks about this app.

This application ALWAYS FORGOT log in after updated new version. It was very very inconvenient when u was out and about to use and found out that it wasn't sign in. Oh come on, it's like 40-50 applications on the cell phone who the heck going to remember each application password? My money is in the account that I can't access Bah!!!​(May2, 2022/October 28,2023)
