EDIT2: I tried again after your reply and the app still crashes whenever I try to start a video. I reinstalled the app and cleared all data before retrying. EDIT: instead of a fix how about a quick rollback to a stable version? ORIGINAL REVIEW: App keep crashing when starting video. Wiping out data and reinstall doesn't solve the problem. I'm on Google Pixel with Android Oreo. on a side note, you can get locked out of your account if you fail to login several times and you'll have to email them to reenable your account. This email is very unresponsive and they might not reply for days. I had to contact them on facebook before I finally get a response.
I dun understand, its been almost a month upon reading the past reviews that you guys had been saying that you "are working on to fix this issue". So am I suppose to wait till December just so I can watch the videos?! Ridiculous!!!
I'm sure you tried to fix it. but it doesnt work. still app starts and stay at the logo with the spinner. using a stock samsung tab s2. it has not work for a few months already. i didn't review as i though it would get fixed. but it has been months.
Very Big Dissappointment. Been a customer for more than 10 years. Not working on Lenovo A7-30 and Nexus 7 for my children tablets. Used to work on those tablets, after few updates all failed. Buck up StarHub...
crashes whenever show starts to stream. feedback to no avail. it's a paid app. the fix is taking weeks and starhub claims that they are working on it urgently. it's hilarious. edit 27/9-even worse after the 'fix'. crashes immediately upon start.edit 7/10 what's the status? still crashes.
Used to work fine up to September. Now it just stops at loading page. Works in 4G but not on Wi-Fi.
