After I downloaded the app, all of my bluetooth devices, including my vehicles, messed up. The connections to all other bluetooth devices last only a few minutes at a time. My hearing aids have been a life saver, but this app is useless and is a sales gimmick. I gave it a while thinking the bugs would be fixed, but they were not. I am having to uninstall this app in hopes that everything else will work as it should. Fix the kinks, make it android compatible, and I will try again later.

not connecting. I have constant problems that my app won't connect with my phone. I attempt to connect but I have to go to the hearing center again to figure it out

4/6: never both Update 3/31/26: I was finally able to install My Audibel on my Pixel 9 Pro XL and My Starkey on Pixel 10 Pro XL. The recommendation to contact the provider of each hearing aid was a huge bust. Each maintained I had to work with Starkey directly since both single right ear hearing aids were manufactured by Starkey and were exactly the same inside and out just branded as different company names and required different associated apps both unable to be installed on a single device.
