A $7.00 pair of ear buds work with my phone, yet a $6,000.00 pair of hearing aids won't stay connected. I don't understand this. I've reinstalled, cleared my cache, reconnected and still the hearing aids won't stay connected. Stopped trying to use the app all together. Hasn't worked since I purchased these hearing aids in January 2024. This has been a hot mess! NEVER again Audibel or Starkey!!!!!

After I downloaded the app, all of my bluetooth devices, including my vehicles, messed up. The connections to all other bluetooth devices last only a few minutes at a time. My hearing aids have been a life saver, but this app is useless and is a sales gimmick. I gave it a while thinking the bugs would be fixed, but they were not. I am having to uninstall this app in hopes that everything else will work as it should. Fix the kinks, make it android compatible, and I will try again later.

Application keeps shutting down on my Android due to a bug! The developer needs to fix this problem immediately, or I'm out! I paid good money for my hearing aids to have such poor support! Audibel has replaced my right hearing aid twice, and I'm still having issues with volume differences periodically! Shop hard before you commit!!!!!
