Absolutely worth it. I average 300 Mbps down, 40 Mbps up, and 25 ms latency. We’ve run 2 PS4s, 2 PS5s, 2 TVs streaming, and 3 phones online at once with zero lag. Even in really bad weather, the worst I’ve seen is 60 Mbps download, still fast enough. For $120/month on the residential plan, it’s reliable, fast, and handles multiple devices with no issues.

I just received the service and had it installed only to find that they sent me the wrong kit. We made a ticket with all the information we had and no response. There is no support number to remedy the situation faster. If this was my previous provider not only would I have talked to a person (not AI) I'm positive if the problem wasn't fixed quickly at least we'd of started the process of getting it straightened out. I've also been billed with zero service for weeks now.

As a senior female, I found the mini kit exceptionally easy to set up, it functioned immediately. However, I was unaware of the one-hour registration window, which unfortunately expired before I could complete the process. It is imperative to register the kit promptly. I also noted that the printed numbers are quite small, which posed a challenge for me. Please consider the needs of senior individuals when designing the print size for proof of purchase.
