Ratings and reviews

When you're the only one using it it's great. But as soon as anyone else is using the servers it is so unbearably slow and frustrating to use. Starrez needs to improve the ability to use the app while many others are trying to as well.

As a new Resident Assistant, this app has so far proven itself a useful tool. It's a bit slow and kind of confusing to set up, but once I've signed in and set a PIN, things seem to work okay. I'm not entirely sure what all the features do, and setting residents as favorites is harder than I think it should be, but overall I've had few issues and am enjoying the portability of StarRez on my phone.

They fixed the camera distortion with this new update but now the camera scanner doesn't work at all 😂 😂 update: yes I updated the app to the current version and the fast check in scanner still doesn't work.
