So first they ask for a payment, take your money to then ask for a verification where you need to send pictures of your password and of yourself to them. But o yeah, you also need to keep up a paper with your name and order number while making that selfie. Of course this is only mentioned in small letters at the bottom of the mail, under the verification button. Meanwhile, money gone, refund will be done (lets even see about that) but takes a few days. I do NOT recommend startselect.

Useless i used it a lot. But the blocked my acount when you contacted them about it they say that the system blocked my acount but cant share the reason. And have to try it in a couple days. I call that really bad service towards a costumer that uses yiur service for almost 3 years. It was also the last time i use this service Recommend to all others to find a different place for your gamer currency. Cause here they have zero service for there costumer.

After placing an order with a google account, i got a mail saying that i need to verify my identity. This is not required for "quick purchase" on the website, and an absolute no go. As a plus, they offer to refund in case you don't want to send them your ID.
