The Star Card Portal is all you need to manage your Star USA VISA debit card or VISA HELOC card.

Login quickly with Touch ID or Face ID and make your experience personal by uploading your own profile image, changing the names of your cards, and customizing your controls and alerts to suit your lifestyle.

Be alerted to transactions, review your transactions, manage alerts and controls, turn your card on/off, report your card lost or stolen - and all from one, easy to use app, right in the palm of your hand!

With the Star Card Portal App, you can:

• Lock your card – if you’ve misplaced it you can lock it from the app without having to call the credit union
• View recent and pending transactions
• Be alerted when a transaction posts
• Make a one-time payment to your Star USA HELOC
• Report your card lost or stolen
• Dispute a transaction
• Set alerts to get notifications when your card is used
• Set controls as to where it can be used and set transaction limits
• Set your own travel notifications – you can set it so transactions aren’t declined for out-of-town purchases without having to call the credit union

Card registration is easy from any mobile device, and access is secure and protected by multi-factor authentication. Star USA and our Star Card Portal make it easy to manage your cards.
