Ratings and reviews

A lot of changes made over the years have made the app confusing and less intuitive. Constant pop-up blurbs try to sell us features on higher paid tiers. I have to dig through the app to find my investment portfolio. And to buy an investment, it's really easy. But when you try to sell, there's so many steps, like it's discouraging you from selling. They even darked out the sell button now, so it looks like it's not available to click on. It's divisive. Closing account

I've been trying to turn off auto investments for over a week. Customer service keeps sending me an article to pause them instead even when I specifically asked how to stop them. It also takes them over 24hrs to respond each time I reply. Now I've been charged another $9 subscription fee when I was trying to close my account. $9/mo isn't worth it unless you have a large amount of money to invest and if you decide to cancel, good luck.

I have never even used the app and I didn't get notified that I was about to be done with my free trial and got charged the $8 and it was the last $8 I had. I'd like to remove my account because I just don't use it and don't need to get charged. I deleted the app and still got charged. Quite frustrating. $8 isn't much but it sucks when it's the only money you have for the next 2 days. If there is some way you could refund me I'd appreciate it...you can go see I've clearly never used it.
