I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent support experience and app functionality. The instructions provided by your customer service team are completely different from what’s available in the app. It’s extremely frustrating to follow a flow that simply doesn’t exist on the interface. Moreover, the "Raise a Ticket" option is non-functional — it either doesn't respond or crashes. This makes it impossible to report issues properly, leading to a highly unsatisfactory user xperience

it's really fraud no proper contact info or customer support this app is providing. I do have done the repayment again took the loan within 2 hours gap again I have close that close cause it's showing the due date in a date so I thought if I took the loan on july 1st will get 30 days of tym but the amount didn't credit in my account in app it's showing outstanding. I have shared the attachment of bank statement and Screenshot of app still not got response it's almost 30k.Plz be careful with this
