My account was used by an unauthorized entity. Bank was familiar with the entity from past, similar, occurrences. So just block the culprit!!! Sounds easy to me. Maybe not as easy as I think, or they would have done it. It's still unsettling that they had experience with this entity. They got my money back! Thanks
