Limited features compared to other mobile banking apps. Running in the background, causes frecuent alarms in my phone, draining the battery 3 times faster than usual. App is unreliable; setting up alarms causes unexpected behavior, blocking ATM withdrawals. Original debit card linked to checking account was useless. I am considering closing accounts and move to another bank with better services. In person banking is very slow and unfriendly. Cashiers distrust me and ask too many questions.

For the most part, the app is great! The one thing that drives me crazy is the fact that it occasionally reverts back to password mode when I'm using the fingerprint function, and then the occasional glitches in the sign-in process, that I have to call customer service to allow me access...

I give 2 stars having alot of issues with it. My zelle don't work. Doesn't send me notifications when i use my debit card.
