Ratings and reviews

Since this app was updated, about every 3 to 4 times I log in, the app ceases to function. I get a frozen blank screen. Sometimes I see my balances before this happens. Once it freezes, I cannot log in again. I have to uninstall the app, power off my phone, & reinstall it. Then sometimes even that doesn't clear it. I frequently have to log in on my computer, & that seems to correct the problem. This has happened over 20 times. What a pain! Very disappointing since when it works, it seems great.

Very smooth experience. Straightforward interface, easy to follow menus and bright easy-to-read fonts and backgrounds. Pages load quickly. I haven't had any crashes or glitches. You can do lots of things, like scheduled transfers, alerts, view documents. Definitely better than the one I used with my last bank.

The app is technically an upgrade, but it's down all the time. It's down right now as I'm typing this. It's at least the 3rd time in as many weeks that it's been down for technical issues. If it goes on a very long streak of this app working properly, I'll upgrade the rating. It just feels like a banking app should be one of the most reliable apps, not by far the least reliable. Edit: The app is down yet again. I've reduced my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. It's down every Sunday night
