I will say that I am glad that mobile banking is possible. I enjoy being able to deposit checks on the go, track transactions, make account transfers. However, the transaction tracking history is set up very poorly. Each transaction has a lengthy transaction statement ahead of them... It's very messy, hard to track them. You can't look up statements in this app, though the online account is set up better. They don't save the scanned or captured images of the checks you deposit over the years !

The app has no payment capability. It frequently shows a sign-in pop-up indicating a problem, and that one has to call: by using the back button, you will find you are now able to sign in. The app is useful for obtaining account balances and transferring money between accounts, plus a bit more. ISSUE: while other credit unions allow SCREEN SHOTS, SECU does Not. If a decision-maker reads this, kindly allow screen shots, as it is ridiculous to be stuck in the 20th century!!

This app really sucks. You can't even pay your credit card same day it needs to wait for 24 hours. And the credit card won't even show purchases made with it. It won't even give live notifications for when the account hits a certain amount. Or if a big payment has been pulled. Update they now completely removed the ability to chose to pay the credit card that's with them. Zero stars if it were possible
