I took the time in September to preregister. I managed to get into it with my Chromebook after being locked out and getting a number to set my password again. Now I can't get it to work on my mobile phone. I did get a new phone since I first registered. I had an awful time getting anything to work. It says already installed. Nothing, absolutely nothing! Still cant use my mobile device, which I depend on a lot. Definitely not user friendly. The seem to have forgot about seniors that are not as computer savvy. For that matter, I'm sure there are younger people that are not as computer literate as you seem to have to be just to sign into this app. Not Happy

I used to be able to log in to the app with a PIN. Now it looks there's a new app layered over the old one, and I have to use my full password. It kind of negates the purpose of having an app. As of today, all I can see in the app is the 'Vote for us!", and Accounts. All other features -Transfer, etc., are missing. I want to be able to get into the app easily, make transfers, view and export account information (excel or csv), etc. We used to be able to do that.

The app installs but that is it. Just installed the new app. It opened, so far, so good. Started to register to log in, entered all info required, no account access because the system doesn't recognize me as a member. It will be deleted and relegated to the unusable trash heap. This frustration is the result of attempting to set this mess up for days. Forget about it!!
