Excellent experience. The resort was amazing and this app made it even better. The hotel info inside is good and up to date. I chatted with the service people several times before and during my vacation and always got a fast reaponses. The hotel service team is awesome! Will definitely stay at a Fairmont on my next vacation and recommend the app.

Just gets stuck at 'registration in progress'... Then it tells me there could be something wrong with the Internet connection 🙄. Don't waste your time with this app.

The hotel is nice and clean. I went for new years eve celebration that was disappointing. Especially the so called food stations!!!! Not enough bar staff!!! Just stay home and do your own thing!!
