wish I could rate this app in minus star,really disappointed from services and your customer assistance, I ordered 2 shampoos on 8 September and on 12 September the wrong product was received with 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner and from that day I am continuously trying to return or refund or any other solution but I didn't get anything.. except that stupid repetitive messages... Worst service EVER

I haven't redeemed any good points recently my good points were 686 yesterday. Now I can see it's 226. This morning it has been reduced to 192 .Why? Highly disappointed. I don't think so I will order ever again. Though I have never used my good points also I wouldn't use it in future perhaps it broke my trust. That I have to experience this from such a high end brand. Then why am I left with 192 points. Take them too. Who wants to use it anyways.
