Fraud App Making customers fool. I have placed 3 orders. everytime delivery partner marked order as delivered by undelivering. While order were otp based delivery option. And they never communicae with customers. they only communicate on mail only. i sent more than 20 mails regarding this scam. every time they apologized but never gave redolution. Neither product nor refund.

"WORST APP WORST DELIVERY SERVICE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE" I had ordered a couple of times, but my last order experience was pathetic.I ordered six days ago and promised me to deliver my package after three days. For the last four days, it's showing out for delivery, but I haven't received a single call from the delivery agent that your parcel has arrived instead daily. I received a message on whatsapp that this is your refuse code. After some time,I received text messages saying we can't deliver

I received my order in a fully damaged packing and when i opened it both my products we cover in dirt n looked very old. When i checked they were from 2023 and its 2025 now. They were very old n covered in dirt n were about to expire. So as soon as i recieved delivery i wrote them an email and they replied to talk to customer care bot which is very pathetic. When i tried to talk there the bot said we are not responsible if the product is old. They only exchange damage goods
