Steelcase Find is an app that helps you quickly find and book meeting rooms on the go, so you can navigate your workday with ease. The app lets you see a list of available meeting spaces in your office and reserve one quickly with just a few taps.

Use Steelcase Find to:
• See real-time availability of meeting rooms in your office in one glance
• Make a last-minute reservation quickly using our simple interface
• Filter spaces based on room size or amenities (like video conferencing or whiteboards) to find what you need
• See how long nearby rooms will be occupied and when they’ll open up
• Add more time to a meeting space that you’re currently in
• Let colleagues know where you are by sharing your room details
How it works:
Steelcase Find is powered by data from the Steelcase Workplace Advisor system. This connection provides the app with occupancy data and other details about meeting spaces in your office.
You’ll sign in with your Microsoft Office 365 email address so the app can sync with your work account. You’ll then be able to see what spaces in your office are available, reserve one on the spot, and share the reservation with your team.
To use Steelcase Find, you need:
A workplace that has the Steelcase Workplace Advisor system installed
An Office 365 login
A device with Android 5.0 or higher
