Was hoping to make adjustments to the sound while in 2.4 mode but when I toggle back to bluetooth this app can't find the headset it was just paired to. Also would have been better to have access to both modes simultaneously in order to make adjustments. I use the headset for work and can't install software on my work computer. One last issue is that even with the microphone volume set all the way up people on the other end still say that they can barely hear me.
