1. active noise cancel works great while listening to something, but it ruins the sound quality of what you are listening to. 2. it automatically pauses when you take one out, but doesnt always start playing when you put one back in. when you hit 'play' it pauses, requiring you to hit play again. but it will certainly start back up if you place one in your pocket. even if you manually paused it first. nice idea, but sooooo aggravating. broken. useless features since they cannot be utilized.

can't use the app with the steelseries arctis nova pro wireless apparently, everytime I connect my Bluetooth with it on my phone theres this high pitched noise that never goes away, on PC its amazing. On the Bluetooth option on phone you can't do much with it. I couldn't even use the app for their own product which is funny but other than that there isnt anything wrong in general with the headphones, just wish I could connect them properly and maybe at least not have a ringing noise on phone.

The Arctis gamebuds won't update the firmware unless you already own a PC or MacBook and connect through the computer. If you only have a console or phone you can't update the firmware. When you have the Arctis app open, then you put the earbuds back into the case, the app glitches and the app can't see the earbuds anymore and you are locked out of the app and earbuds. The left earbud reports no battery, not low or any level of charge, while inside the charging case. App fails Quality Control
