Rainscapes Love this app. It has a timer and you can adjust the storm any way you want. You can control whether you want more or less thunder, crickets, windchimes. Tons of options. I love it when you stop the storm it gradually fades instead of an abrupt stop.
Best Free rain app This app is what I use to fall asleep at night when I have issues sleeping. The slider bars for volume on different ambient noises are amazing. Love this app!
It is a very good way to fall asleep especially all the sliders to customize the sound to your liking however the wind chimes don't sound like the real thing bit still I give it a five star rating
Superb rain generator I've used many rain generators, and this is by far the best I've encountered for Android. It does not offer clumsily loop tracks, it actually makes a smooth, lovely and customizable soundscapes. Most apps I've used loop sounds and contain artifacts, e.g. gaps and malalignments, that I find distracting, which is completely contrary to the purpose. This app is seamless and crystal clear. Amazing. Thanks, developer. You've actually made an app I value.
Rain sounds So far so good every other app I downloaded I encountered force close problems, battery draining problems. Most aren't worth downloading, but this one has some really cool features sound adjustments, app is differently eye catching love the fact you can add wind chime sounds and animal sounds frog's birds etc. This is a pretty cool app it has every nature lovers sound if you love nature this app is for you.
A really nice idea, but... ...the mono audio really kills a lot of the relaxing effect for me. I mean, I want to feel like I'm listening to a storm that is happening around me, not a storm that is happening on a TV down the hall. The constant dead-center audio is rather fatiguing for the ears. Other than that, really neat idea, and the app runs perfectly on my old LG Ally with minimal tweaking (note to other Ally owners: default settings will cause an unclean reset, changing priority to 3 and simultaneous samples to 20 fixed it, haven't messed with it to see what the best settings are). If it had higher-quality audio, I would have no problem at all with buying the full version...but as it is, the audio drags it down.
