The Heatmiser neoApp is intended to be compatible with the Heatmiser neoHub, neoHub Mini, and neoStat WiFi. The devices that are included are the neoStat, neoStat Pro, neoStat Touch, neoStat WiFi, neoUltra, neoAir, neoStat-HC, and neoPlug. Collectively, they provide you with the most extensive method to manage your heating system and appliances from any location.

Flexible GeoLocation - With No Subscription
Our flexible Geo location system puts you in control. You don't need to switch the entire house heating off when you leave, you can decide on a room by room level what happens.

Smart Profiles
With Neo Smart Profiles, you can create and store multiple Profiles in the neoHub ready for use later. Our new "Apply to" function lets you quickly assign the profile to any number of zones in your home. Programming your heating system has never been so simple.

Multi Location
Neo supports Multi Location, enabling you to quickly switch between any of your locations.

Hours Run
Hours run provides insights into energy consumption for maintaining ideal temperatures at home. Reveal heat source usage by day, week, month, or room (if zoned).
Hours Run provides you with information that you can use to see how much you have spent based on your gas or electricity rates. Compare from week to week to see how much more or less you have used. And, if you have multiple zones using more than one thermostat, optimise a room’s efficiency, be that insulation or temperature settings.

I'm frustrated to the point of anger with this app. I've spent a LOT of time and money this summer getting ready for a miserly winter of controlling the heating via my new app and sensors I've installed in every room. Winter arrived this week and already I want to rip all the sensors out in a fit of anger. The app appears to randomly not work. You go in there to lower a temperature only to go in later and find that it DID NOT change the temperature. Aside from that HUGE bug it just SUCKS!

updated 2nd Dec 2025.. App keeps crashing. It is mostly easy to use. Some parts could be clearer in terms of basics of turning central heating on or off. The app seems to turn the central heating on at random times suddenly moving the heating off standby mode. And when you place it on "Hold" it doesn't actually do anything till you move the temperature dial a bit. Edited down to one star as it turned on my heating on while I was away even though it was in standby mode. Wasted energy and cost.

Hit and Miss, installation of NeoStats WiFi was quite painful but I've managed eventually. I named two of the thermostats using special numbers ( apostrophe ) as they were in my kids rooms. However after the setup process those names reverted to the default "NeoStat WiFi 1" name. So, after some browsing I've found that I can edit those names on the Home screen...or so I thought...no matter how I name them they revert to default after a couple of minutes... EXTREMELY ANNOYING.
