I'm frustrated to the point of anger with this app. I've spent a LOT of time and money this summer getting ready for a miserly winter of controlling the heating via my new app and sensors I've installed in every room. Winter arrived this week and already I want to rip all the sensors out in a fit of anger. The app appears to randomly not work. You go in there to lower a temperature only to go in later and find that it DID NOT change the temperature. Aside from that HUGE bug it just SUCKS!

Laggy and slow. The interface seems reasonable intuitive, but trying to change any settings is an exercise in frustration. It's never clear if it's actually saved any changes (though it'll keep displaying them); reopening the app usually reverts to the old values. Direct connection to the hub seems to make no difference. It shouldn't be this hard to use.

Appalling user interface. I bought the Heatmiser hub because I found the user interface on the thermostats so unintuitive. But this app is just worse. Plus it keeps crashing. Very disappointed. Bring back my old analogue thermostats! New Android version is better than it was but still riddled with bugs. Changes to profiles often don't update properly. Still very frustrating to use.
