With the MyStiebel app, you can enjoy the convenience and efficiency of your STIEBEL ELTRON system directly on your smartphone. Control your heat pump or ventilation system conveniently from anywhere and always enjoy a perfect indoor climate and hot water comfort.

**Requirements and compatibility:
The MyStiebel app is compatible with current central ventilation systems, heating heat pumps and hot water heat pumps from STIEBEL ELTRON. An integrated STIEBEL ELTRON Internet interface with the latest software version is required. If your system does not have an integrated or retrofitted Internet interface, you will need an external Internet Service Gateway (ISG) from STIEBEL ELTRON with the latest software version.

Temporary note on compatibility: The MyStiebel app will become the central operating platform for many STIEBEL ELTRON appliances. Heating heat pumps, hot water heat pumps and central ventilation units are currently compatible. Compatibility for integral ventilation units (LWZ Integral) is currently being developed.

**Important note: Simultaneous use of the MyStiebel app with the STIEBEL ELTRON EMI ("Energy Management Interface"), the STIEBEL ELTRON EM ("Energy Management") or a connection to a building automation system (e.g. KNX) is currently not possible.

Ratings and reviews

Absolutely terrible app! It logs out about every month. Why in hell must I create an account even before connecting to my device, especially I can't understand why it need my address. Also it should show air intake temperature on the first screen.

Cannot connect to the device. Keeps throwing error

UX is appears to have been made without any thought for the user. There's much more data and control available via the web interface that isn't in the app. It also keeps logging me out. The app is essentially unusable and I'm forced to use the web interface.
