Customer service is basically non existent. They operate their customer service through Discord. And if you need any help, good luck. I have an issue with withdrawing funds from my account (which is the whole reason why we play) and they had me open a ticket (which is all in discord... Like I didn't know, I needed to join discord to get customer service) and I only got 1 response and haven't heard anything else from them. I Hope everything works out but right now I frustrated and confused 😕.

still can't make a deposit and the only way to get ahold of anybody is on discord which is extremely difficult to use if you're new to that.

customer service is diffy here. Quick responses and eventhough it is a new app they sure know what it takes to come up.App is fire and payouts are as good as other apps. Promos are sweet and hopefully soon they add some boost or something and I would definitely consider moving all my bets to this app.
