About this game

A fun game that will help students of all ages learn how to read some basic music rhythms.
Developed in collaboration with professional musicians and educators.
Designed in a game-like format with a great soundtrack to play along with. Rhythm Cat Lite is a fun way to get past the most challenging and often discouraging introduction to reading music.

There are a variety of genres and a lot of catchy tunes. Super easy for an adult; I finished the whole game in a few minutes. The music moves too fast for my beginning students, and I wish it would highlight the notes even if you weren't pressing the button so they could practice following along in the music even if they can't keep up. It seems to have a glitch where if you miss the first beat, the highlighted notes will be one step behind the audio for the rest of the song. Pixel works fine.

The sync on this app is miserable. I'm looking for a fun rhythm training app for my kids but this is going to make their inner metronome wonkey! There is lag everywhere. The count off is strange and the touch is out of sync. I've been a college music teacher for almost twenty years... Not tooting my own horn here but this rhythm malfunction is not me. Maybe it's a service or update issue but I can't use this at all for my kids

Nice idea, unusable implementation. I press the button at the right time but I can tell by the changing colour of the button that it doesn't know I did until a random time later, long enough to mark most of the notes wrong.
