Item quality seems to vary even when we are told everything is verified new, but let's just say some items I have purchased are clearly "newer" than others. At the moment, I am currently waiting on a refund that StockX did not inform me of until I checked the status, for a shirt I was thrilled about, because the seller apparently either did not send the item or the seller did not like that my bid, that THEY ACCEPTED, as it was one of the lowest in months. It's completely unacceptable.

This app used to be great, but for the past few months it is nearly unusable. It struggles to load pages and then it constantly asks me to click and hold a button to prove I am not a bot. This would be fine if it worked, but it often gives an error message and then pops up the same screen multiple times over and over again. I have sent multiple messages to their customer service with the error code, and haven't heard anything back, not has the problem been resolved.

I don't like that they've taken away the [total value] of your collection from the portfolio. Was very helpful to know how much your sitting on, see it increase/ decrease with the market and also the total count you have. Please add this feature back. Other than that, it's a very good app for buying/selling sneakers. Also good for checking the market value so you know if you're paying too much or really getting a steal.
