This establishment didn't have wifi, but expects you to download an app to order. 5 mins later, the app is installed but there's just a black screen. Now I have to do to work of the restaurant by hiking downstairs and across the restaurant to stand in line at a bar to place an order. Make the experience more convenient, and I'll want to spend money here.

Hate these ordering apps, forced to download an whole app just to order food for a place I'll come to once instead of using a mobile website. Then after I choose all the food I go to pay and the payment is unsuccessful on 3 different payment types: 1 credit card and two different debit cards. Staff can't help except to order the food at the bar.

Unable to zoom text, very poor if you've forgotten glasses, small text and no zoom. Other pubs have website instead of app, easier to use.
