Stop Silence is a free HELPLINE for young
This listening Helpline by ch @ t in Morocco is for young people under 21 years.
It was created by the association Smile Reda to provide prompt and immediate support to a young person in suffering, questioning, whether in a state of suicidal crisis or not.
Stop Silence allows to express yourself freely, with confidence at a time of your life that you think is difficult and can help you out of your isolation.
Listening practiced under Stop Silence is relieved of any conviction or personal opinion, political, religious, ideological or social, in strict compliance
tolerance rules and humanism.
An anonymous and confidential HELPLINE
We can not identify you.
You're anonymous and listening is also anonymous.
Anonymity means that:
- We do not know you, and we will never know you.
- You do not know us and you will know us forever.
Anything you say in this space will be confidential.
Who are the listeners Stop Silence?
The listeners are adults who have undergone special training enabling them to exchange with you.
They will listen to you, you will help to consider with you what you can change to make yourself feel better.
Not therapists (or psychologists or psychiatrists).
What can you talk Stop Silence?
You can just talk because you need it, without reason.
You can call to talk about anything that concerns you, such as:
• you feel bad about yourself

• you have any anxiety attacks or panic
• you have suicidal thoughts
• you are being abused, harassed (e) racketed (e) ...
• you are violent (e) to others
• you have problems at school

You can ch @ ter in French and Darija in Latin characters.
Is what you can discuss with a counselor in particular?
In the same way that you are anonymous, they are too.
Therefore you can not request a specific listening.

Knowing that someone is there to listen to you can encourage you to release your word.
Talking about what worries you can ease your pain, allow you to take a step back from what you saw and glimpse what is good for you.
