The hub for managing your account across West Coast Storage. This app allows customers of West Coast Storage to manage all aspects of their account. View your invoice history, make account payments, set up auto payments, and also add additional users. Importantly you can use the app to enable you to gain keyless access to your West Coast facility during our access hours. The app will keep details of your unit, and allow you to access gates and facility doors when you are in close proximity. If available, the app will also allow you to open your individual self-storage unit. All of this with just the touch of a button on your phone!

Now works with Bluetooth. Hmm, ok, maybe it does but it takes forever to connect, plus, I'd it cannot connect it complains every 10 seconds that I should enable Bluetooth WHICH HAS BEEN ENABLED FOR WEEKS. Glad I've been able to move out, get rid of this lousy app If you'd have it use wifi, it's have better range, plus you wouldn't need location enabled for it either

the app isn't accepting my payments!! Now my account is overdue. I had set it for autopay last month and now it's saying I haven't paid. I've went into the app to make the payment; tried 4 times using different options. Once I click the final payment button, it buffers like it's going to take it... then poof nothing changed and I'm back at the home page. The one thing this app needs to do is take my pain payment. And it can't.

The app makes it very easy to manage all aspects of your storage unit. I especially like the fact I can open and close the gates through my phone. The only thing I wish is that it would run on my pixel watch so I would not have to carry my phone with me when I need to open and close the gates
