I'm happy there is finally an app, but there's no way to upload past receipts, they don't always ask for your number at the counter so you are still missing out on points. I gave them my number this morning, didnt receive any points. There isn't really an option to claim your said reward and honesty it's kind of annoying you have to get a text with a code to access your own rewards status every time.

I love that they created an app. but when we're in the drive thru they'll ask if we're a rewards member so I joined and figured I could add my points after however once you download the app. there's no option to add points after or track the status of how many points earned or are left till rewards apply.

On my very first order from the app, "We are not taking mobile orders right now," but I can order for TOMORROW! WHAT? I order for now, not tomorrow. Also, how am I to earn rewards. Like the other person said, theirs no way to record transactions using receipts. Someone didn't think this process and implementation through thoroughly. USELESS!
