How to become a customer? ​

By downloading the Storepay application on your mobile phone and registering and sending your request online in 5 minutes, you can open your service right remotely - NO NEED TO VISIT THE BRANCH IN PERSON OR FILL DOCUMENTS. ​
Step 1: Download the Storepay app to your smartphone
Step 2: Register and log in to the Storepay application
Step 3: Submit your request by submitting the required documents and information to verify your user account. ​
Step 4: Service entitlement will be unlocked within 24 hours if your details are eligible. If the documents and photos you entered do not meet the requirements, you will need to update your information again, and you will be notified about this by sending a text message to your registered phone number and through the application notification.​

How will purchase rights and incentives be granted?

You will be entitled to make purchases through Storepay between 100,000₮ and 10,000,000₮, and the amount of the right can increase as you make purchases. ​
By paying your purchases in installments without any delay, you will regularly receive SPC token rewards, and you can use this right to increase your purchase rights, make purchases without prepayment, and make payments on your purchase schedule.​​

App works fine but business process is is way too slow. Tried to communicate with customer service but no response!. Don't know if they have any customer service department at all.

The app is useful. But it doesn't work on my new android phone. I called the customer service and told them. They didn't get back to me. Once I finish paying off my existing payments, I will uninstall the app because there's no point having the app if I can't use it when it is most needed.

Full of bugs, can't log in properly and doesn't even automatically go to internet bank. Why is it getting worse and worse?
