Use your mind's positivity to hatch butterflies from an augmented reality chrysalis. Recall a happy memory, a time when you felt love, joy or appreciation. Use that feeling to keep your blue brain waves above the red reference line. If you succeed, butterflies represented as your happy thoughts will eventually hatch and fly around you. Healium AR works with a Muse 1 2016 model or later (not Muse 2 ) brain- sensing headband. If you don't have a headband, you can passively watch the butterflies hatch automatically. If your blue line is flat, that could be forehead tension. Take a few deep breaths and relax until the line becomes wavy again. Make sure your Muse headband has a good connection by tieing back your hair away from your face and ensuring there's no hair blocking the rubber sensors behind your ears. If your forehead is extremely dry, the headband may have difficulty maintaining a good signal. Experiment with different difficulty settings by clicking the gear icon. If your Muse is having trouble connecting to Healium AR, make sure it's not connected to another device like a VR headset. Healium AR is not meant to be a diagnostic or treatment tool for medical conditions, nor is it a replacement for any kind of psychotropic medication or professional therapy.
