I used to LOVE this app and recommend it to all my friends. Last year (maybe longer) it stopped accurately recording my tracks on Android devices. I kept waiting for them to fix it to start back with Premium. But the free version has gotten worse and more limited, so it's probably time to move on.

Updating review due to major GPS tracking accuracy problems. Something needs to be fixed, between the use of GPS data and basic algorithm heuristics to prevent obvious errors in tracking from messing up run times. Obviously, I can't run 40 mph, just as it is also impossible for me to blink a quarter mile into the woods and back again within 10 seconds. There is some basic lack of engineering and troubleshooting which is sadly defeating the purpose of the app.

I actually use MapMyRun as my main fitness app. I use Strava because of a running group that uses this for all their group runs. It's horrible. You can't do anything without an uograde screen popping up. The UI is not intuitive at all. To top it off, it takes about 15 steps in some random sequence to even view your recorded run route full screen. I'll keep using it for this group, but would never use it as my only fitness app. Only plus over MMR, was able to edit my recorded route in the app.
