Definitely would stay again although there were some issues. The upstairs loft TV didn't work for us. when we used the washer the whole cabin smelled of rotten eggs. We aired it out and didn't use the washer again. I had no cell service to make calls but oddly could use the internet to use my apps. The internet did go down at one point but they were out fixing it and had it running a few hours later. Hot tub, creek, wrap around porch, fire pit, cleanliness,size of cabin all great! Worth it!

For an app that's supposed to be used at an "away" location it stupidly doesn't caché your reservation to make it available offline, so when you rl up to your destination and need your vital info, it's unavailable. Then when checking out, immediately after checkout time you can't see checkout button, and you can't see your reservation at all. You can't even submit a review of the location you were at. Completely utterly useless app

I've used this app all year and it was great until last week. It no longer shows the correct amount paid and owed on my future rental. It says a 3rd party is handling that. Today I rented and paid in full for a cabin in 3 weeks. That property doesn't show up on the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times and it hasn't helped. Also used new code to log in and it doesn't recognize it.
