Ratings and reviews

Sometimes less IS more. The focus of Simple Radio is not on the bells and whistles that often bloat already add-crazed apps, but instead it provides easy access to stream your favorite radio stations with solid clarity and connection. It loads quickly and you can customize your station list without fear of another add bombarding you at the slightest touch. I made the switch when my last radio app kept dropping and glitching. I'm so glad I did.

Used to be a good app. As of yesterday, it stops playing after a couple of minutes. Not sure if it's the visual ads that now are pausing the sound or what they changed. I updated the app, cleared cache - same result. Time to find another app. Listening to the traffic radio before my commute is too important to get interrupted after 2 minutes. Good bye.

I have several English-speaking American radio stations in my favorites list. But this app gives me access to the radio stations I listened to while living in Ukraine. I could access stations from a number of other places and languages if I wanted. Generally, the app functions well. I do mos I'm not on the app often or long, but it doesn't seem to glitch, the tone is decent, and I can't recall ever hearing app-fed ads. It's just the radio! EDIT: I take that back. I just got a muted video ad.
