Knowing the Museum of London well, I am shocked at how poor this app is. I can only get it to bring up prints for sale. I expected it to show each scene as it is now and as it was in various periods of history. From other reviews it seems that this is possible but I can't find out how to do it, therefore I am not sure of its purpose or what the app developers were aiming for. If it is merely to sell prints then that's pitiful. I can't even find instructions for use so I can't rate it any higher.
Just an excuse to sell prints. If you love London there is nothing new here.
Poor Limited content and badly positioned photos mean it's virtually impossible in most cases to transpose the real life image over the historic picture. The lack of the ability to take photos and then share is an unforgivable oversight that renders this app little more than a advertising portal for old photos. I would use Google Images for better quality and variety.
V good Really enjoying exploring different localities of the capital across the centuries, chiefly or own - both in paint and photography. I get impression the pictures are still being updated on ongoing (it so, might be handy to mark newer entries)? Looking forward to Nexus upgrade (presumably will include 10?), when looking forward to upping to 5 stars.
Does not work No 3D view button so a totally pointless app !
Excellent Idea! UI is unappealing and content is relatively small but through +1's hopefully this will change.
3D View (Augmented Reality mode).

Nexus 7 fix to follow in next update shortly.
App needs 50MB free on the phone to install. The app can then be transferred to SD card.
