I'm considering downgrading at this point, abysmal performance after the latest update, before it works like butter maybe hitch here and there but never anything major, now? it's crashing, streams buffer way more, irresponsive UI, freezing, etc... and its rather often. IMO just don't update it if it's not broken, doesn't makes sense to update something that is working just fine just to break it in the process.

Excellent app but doesn't have consistently. The subtitles don't always match the words being spoken in episodes and not all episodes in anime shows have dubbed links, so you have to turn on subtitles in order to understand what's being said. There's always miscommunication. I understand that the developer doesn't have control over what's being uploaded but they do have control over subtitles and the type of video players used. Please fix these on going issues.

Been using Stremio on desktop, smart TV, and my phone for over a year now. Do a bit of research, and you'll see why it's so popular. Only giving 3 stars because the app has been bugging out a lot lately on my Razr+ (2025). Sometimes it hangs on the splash screen (Stremio logo, not even getting to the home page), sometimes it partially loads the homepage and then fails to load any more UI so nothing is actually accessible. It's been strange, never had any issues before.
