App is just ok. Nothing special. The add-on apps are pricey. I'm less impressed by the device than the app. Very low brightness so don't expect to use it outdoors. Promises have been made for over a year to fix it but they still have not. Won't say I wasted money on it but it would have been better spent on a different device.

Feeling cheated knowing that my phone $500 (Android v 6) is not compatible with app. Recently bought new phone and this tracker. Specifically for my sleeping pattern monitoring. Charts won't load properly and customer service kept asking me to reset and refresh. Why was I not told on Box or while downloading App that certain phone are not compatible. You only talk about OS versions. Very deceiving and unsatisfactory

I have had nothing but trouble. Can't view charts. Continually says "service not responding, try again later". Can't even contact customer service because it says, "failed attempt, try later ". It shows only home screen activity but past charts not visible. Disappointing app.

I'm finding it extremely frustrating that I set my tracker on sleep but it turns itself off halfway through the night. The graphs don't show up to date data despite syncing.

Hi Jody - if you can't connect to our service OR customer support, it looks like you might have a firewall or antivirus blocking us - you can always drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com if you have any questions! Hi Sandeep - the Redmi 2 isn't one of our supported phones, but you can always drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com for some troubleshooting tips! Probably one of the worst apps and firmware you can get. This issue has been going on for about a year. The only reason why i use it is because i got the device for so cheap. Sleep tracking charts won't load. If you're into fitness stats this is not the one. Spend a few more bucks and get something more reliable.

Hi Fred - Any chart issues from the last update should have all been addressed server-side - if you're still having issues rendering charts, drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com and we'll see what's up! Like mine but for $80 it doesn't even measure my heart rate. :(. I'm 29 and got ran over by a car a year ago and had heart surgery 2 months after. I was told this had a heart monitor.. I feel ripped off. Yet i do love it. :)

Hi David - our Bio and Bio2 devices have heart rate monitors in them - if you bought another device and they told you it had a heart rate monitor, drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com and let us know where you got it! The app isnt the worst part, the device will nearly NEVER sync to my phone. When I do it works well for a few days until ot is tome to charge ahain, then a pain to sync again! Overall- less than impressed....

Hi Anonymous Google User! The Samsung J Series aren't phones that are officially supported by us, but you can always drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com for troubleshooting tips! The add on apps seem to go absolutely nothing which is kinda pricey at 7.99 a piece. Where's the music control? Nice marketing scheme.... More of a low grade mediocre product even at $70 well $86 now that I wasted extra on the add one

Hi Darwin - if you go to the apps menu (six blocks and an OK button) you'll see the music control there! If you have any questions, you can always email us at customercare@striiv.com! I have an LG5 and ot never syncs. The device keeps telling me almost at storage capacity but it won't let me upload. Even after I do everything it says when you have trouble, it still doesn't work.

Now it won't sync with my bio fusion. Called customer service and got a voice mail saying leave your email address and they'll get back to me?!!! If I wanted to email you I would've done that in the first place and not waste my time calling!

Hi Lori - we have the email message in our voice mail because we have our maximum hold time set to five minutes, so we don't waste your day! Normally if you hear that message you'll get a call or email (if we can't reach you) within an hour (during Pacific time business hours) - you can always write us at customercare@striiv.com with questions! Very cluttered with no options to remove goals I don't follow. I'm not gluten free, so why should I have an "avoid gluten" goal. That would make me decrease my overall health. App sucks, the band is cool though.

Hi Paul - editing tiles and journals is on the roadmap - I can't give you a release date, but it is something that's coming! You can always drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com with any questions! (You can also drag and drop any tiles you don't use lower on the screen!) I bought this product 5 months ago and love it. I had to buy some new straps, but all in all, it's a really good knock off of the fitbit. For $20, you can't lose. Well, calories maybe!
The app and device is not what I expected. I am very disappointed. Customer care are quick to respond and give advice but it only works for a day or so and then back to square one. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Hi Fronie - it looks like you were working with Neil, but you stopped responding to him - we're still here and happy to help, and there have been some fixes rolled out on our servers since last you spoke to us! Clock keeps falling a few minutes behind actual time then it's not easy to make it right even after doing everything that's recommended to do. Very frustrating. Lately it hasn't even been recording my activities correctly.

I think it was pretty useful! Works great to track how many steps I take when I'm walking on the school campus and let's me know my heart rate. Great app, but every once in a while the charts take a little bit of time to load... Other than that, this is a great product! :)
The sleep app doesn't work, and the info doesn't sync up with the phone. I have a Note 5 & I shouldn't have this much trouble. I have contacted customer support and they give me the same information that is already on the FAQ that doesn't work.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I received mine as a mothers day gift. I actually wanted a different one but whatever.. first of all mine came with a defect(tracker) was cracked.. I contacted customer service and at first I was told to include pics of crack as well as the receipt of purchase I did so and they replied back to include address so they can send me another one. Only for Neil to then tell me to send mine back before sending a new one out. Or go back to best buy where it was purchased. I am a mother of 3 (1 Currently in NiCU and has complications), I do not have time to do all this stuff for a gift I received... And the app sucks...always constantly uninstalling and reinstalling Again.. it doesn't track correctly... Again waste of money and I won't be using this piece of crap.. customer service lies..
Does not work as advertised. Completely stopped syncing. Makes it rather pointless to even have the device much less try to use Bluetooth

Basic and very cumbersome to use, especially since it seems most of the data is stored on servers. It takes too long to check stats. As well, not compatible with any of the fitness apps that have the features I want like S health

Cannot create an account. Not through the app, or the website (on both my phone and laptop). Will not connect through Facebook either. So frustrated that I have this device I cannot even use.
You guys at Striiv need to take notice of Jawbone's app. That is user friendly. I hope this Striiv app can get closer to that standard and actually be useful!

Would have given this product 5 stars but there was an initial issue with the "sleep" portion of this tracker. Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt with helping me resolve this issue. Overall the product is a great value, battery life is amazing and works well.
"Coming soon" has been the status for 2 years. Over a billion on gold, no use in the game. Very lame set up, no changes coming. Not motivational at all. More discouraging .
Graphics, at least daily totals on weekly graphs do not readily download. Last company contact the solution was to deinstall software and reinstall. That worked so earlier this week I had to do that again. Now, 3 days later, I apparently need to do again. Stinks. The daily average on the friends segment has not worked for a year, company has been notified for about that lenth of time, and it is still not working.
As of about 3 days ago, am now unable to view any charts. Just constant "unable to connect to service" messages. No firewall/Antivirus.

Hi Amanda - drop us a line at customercare@striiv.com and let us know what sync issues you're running into! Occassionally locks up for a while, where it doesn't count steps. Also, it's about 16% to 18% behind steps versus google fit.

I gave this app and device a 2 star rating because, as much as I looked forward to purchasing it, it has been such an annoyance to deal with. Two main issues: 1 - it's such a struggle to get it to sync with the app. I can be standing right next to the modem with full wi-fi bars and it still needs to be toggled with in order to try to get it to sync. And that task alone can take anywhere from 5 mins to 5hrs (not even exaggerating, once it really took me that long to sync). Issue 2 - it constantly falls out of the band. Guess what, after almost losing several times (due to it falling out), the day came that I finally did lose the device. I was at work and who knows where it fell out. I traced my steps back for over an hour and still nothing. That's $90 gone just like that! (Striiv fusion 2). So annoyed! It had several other issues like sleep monitoring not working properly after the software update (I preferred being able to set it on and off manually) and charts and data don't always show. ETA: The Striiv customer service/customer support team have been absolutely stellar at dealing with my concern. For that I'll definitely give them 5 stars. Also thanks for the reply to my feedback, you've clarified why the device had issues synching with my phone.

Hi Karalee - we don't have GPS in our trackers, so the distance is calculated by your step count * your stride length. If you have your stride length set accurately, your distance should be accurate as well. You can always write to customercare@striiv.com with any questions!
