The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

Complete garbage app. It is impossible to set up smoothly. Good luck setting it up in an hour. Just want to get paid by. PSA for my cards and can't because this trash app is the only option. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, among many others are so much easier. Too many confusing verifications. App doesn't work the same to verify as computer and is you don't set up the computer stuff right the app doesn't work. Seriously during the setup walk through let someone set up everything. The sandbox is a joke.

I always did standard payout. and it was always by default. so I assumed everytime I requested a payout, there wouldn't be a fee. than I realized, several months in, the default payout was instant and I was charged a fee everytime I asked for a payout. if you build out the UI, you'll get people comfortable with the process, they manipulated this process just to get more fees from me.
