The Stronger Movement app offers strength training workouts created by Dr. Holly Richard, a physical therapist, who specializes in health and fitness for women. Every week, new workouts are available focusing on upper body, lower body, and full body. You can review the entire strength training workout before beginning and track your progress throughout. To help guide you, watch video demonstrations and follow the specific instructions on how to perform each exercise with the option for modifications. You also can log and track reps, sets and weight for the strength training exercises you complete, in addition to adding customized notes about your workout.
