I think the concept is absolutely amazing, but I've seen some old reviews about the app freezing when you open the messages for your agent and it seems the problem hasn't been resolved, at least from my end. Again, amazing concept and I'm sure it'd be extremely beneficial to us students if it could actually manage to function properly.
