Ratings and reviews

StyleSeat's app has glitches, and I've observed inconsistency in their booking fees, ranging from $1 to $2.26 for the same service. Despite bringing this to StyleSeat's attention, I was informed that booking fees could vary from $1 to $10. I was told there was no way I could speak with a customer service representative, only an email agent. Unfortunately, my request to escalate the email complaint was never fulfilled by the customer support agent, and I'm still very dissatisfied.

So many issues with the stylists not responding and/or canceling at the last minute and the customer being charged. Then it takes over a week to get back the money, IF you even get it back! No process in place to cancel because the Stylist canceled. Could have been a good app.

This app has remained just "blah" for years. Customers & stylists both hate it. There needs to be options for different types of payments during the appointment/time of service. Give stylists different payment options to set up (Cash,Zelle, Cashapp, etc) & let the customer choose an option WITHOUT having to cancel an appointment that's been completed. Search/location functionality could be better.
