Ratings and reviews

This is a useless app. Unless you're paying for one of their overpriced monthly services, it doesn't offer you anything. I have free access to, I believe, remote connect for some time but the un-navigable app only keeps displaying what I can sign up for or what I already have, but no place to even access what I have. It's extremely confusing. I mean, at least let the owners view basic info like battery level ffs.

this app honestly sucks nuts. constantly lags and crashes. I'm on Pixel 9 Pro, so maybe it's better on other platforms? not sure. additionally, seems to have a poor connection to the vehicle most of the time. paid for the monthly fee to do basic things like unlock the car and check battery level. key doesn't really work great unless you keep reconfiguring the Bluetooth connection. feels like a waste of money now.

Edit: After spending time with support, they were able to address the pairing issue. looks like they have also rolled out an update to add payment cards. There are still some bugs that I how they'll address. Original: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have spent hours trying to pair with the car, and it just doesn't want to pair. It also won't let me add a payment mechanism due to an internal error from Stripe. How did this abomination of an app even get past testing...
