About this app

With the SubCity Life Pro app on the management side you can create employees schedules, send invoices, create proposals, track employee daily progress, create reports for each employee, create task reports and more.



On the employee app side, each employee has their own unique user/pass to log in to the app. Once logged in they will see a list of their appointment locations. They can click on any appointment address and their native map with directions app will automatically open giving them instant directions to their appointment. Once at the location the employee can take before photos, complete their work, take after photos, notes and then quickly submit all information to the office with a copy being sent to the customer for proof of work without any in person interaction.



If a manager, you can log in, open any of the addresses in the catalog of appointments if you need to take care of any in case an employee is out or unable to attend to that customer. You also have the ability to meet new customers for a proposal and take photos, notes, create a bid or proposal and even get a customer signature right on your phone for accepting the proposal. Once completed you can submit a copy to the office and they can then open it, instantly turn it into an invoice and even customize it further if needed. Also a copy is sent directly to the customer.



The app works hand in hand with a back end management tool on our website subcitylife.com. Once you sign up your company and add however many employees you need to add you will get a management user ID and password and we will customize your portal to include your logo, phone number and address so that each time a proposal, invoice or copy of completed work order is sent it will have all of your company information on it. All copies are send via PDF attachment so they are easily printable.
