The overall quality of the app is great. I'm a big believer at this stage. However the reason I've had to go from a 5 to a 4 is that there are some meditations where you can only listen to Sam. That's a significant downgrade as the quality of his performance and the actual audio quality is not nearly as good - and in some cases takes away from the ability to focus. As I'm sure some people feel the opposite, the best solution is to always have both voices available for meditations

Simple, soothing, encouraging. This low pressure app is great. Meditation felt like a lot to tackle because I'm someone with anxiety and I can be pretty unkind to myself when I don't get things "right". The makers have broken things down into a really accessible climb towards the goal of adopting meditation into a regular practice, with bits of the "why" and the "how" that help me stay curious and motivated to keep at it.

For learning to meditate and building a habit, this app has been great! The advice about habit building has been useful in other areas, too. 5 stars for all of that. But I wish there was some indication how long a "path" takes. And now that I've built the habit I can't just do a favorite meditation and still have it count towards my streak. So now that I've built the habit I'm trying to switch to a different meditation app that was designed with daily meditation in mind. I'll miss my forest 😞
