ALS guidance for VT/VF during CPR isn't quite right but otherwise a great app and very helpful. Down the shockable route no Adrenaline should given until after shock number 3 unlike PEA/asystole. After 3 (drug free) shocks Adrenaline 1mg 1:10,000 is given every 3-5mins, Also 300mg of Amiodarone is given after the third shock followed by only one further dose of 150-300mg if no ROSC. Also would be helpful to include energy for shocks which is 150-360J biphasic. I recertified last week and this is definitely in the guidelines and taught as part of the ALS course, although not always printed on the simplified algorithms. Also as per other reviews a 2 minute timer would be a great addition to this app as timing often goes out the window at an arrest. I'm sure it will be a mad rush to update everything when the 2015 guidelines are released!
