Based on twenty years of experience as a professional counselor, leadership coach, and a mom to two daughters in the PNW, Terra Mattson's wrote the book, Courageous: Being Daughters Rooted in Grace (for moms) and the Courageous Girls FREE curriculum with over a hundred lessons. Courageous Girls, a 501c3 non-profit, equips small groups of moms and daughters to have intentional relationship and conversations at every stage of a daughter’s growing years, from 2nd grade through high school.

This biblical, clinical and relational curriculum is unlike any other resource in the church today.

Courageous Girls provided you with everything you need to start your own Courageous Girls group so that you can lead your daughter well. She needs you like never before!

Starting your own Courageous Girls group helps both you and your daughter grow in courage, confidence, resiliency, and grace-filled relationships. You will grow in understanding your identity, trusting what God says about you and Himself. You will discover your unique purpose and how God equips you for that purpose. You will build a trusted and safe community with a small group of moms and daughters, experiencing how God’s truth clarifies all of today’s confusing issues. And you will have everything you need to practice healthy communication and conflict resolution with your daughter through her growing years.
