Whenever I pick up my order, the status doesn't clear so the next day/week I revisit, it says my order is ready before I even place it. Secondly and worst of all, when I place my order, it says "An unexpected error occurred" with an OK button. I can't tell if my order went through! Third, the app is terribly slow. As it's trying to load the screen, it takes upwards of 10 seconds to acknowledge I want to reorder my favorite setting. Fix your app, please!

When I select a store, the app just sits there with the spinning S logo and won't do anything. Edit: I wrote the above after more than 30 minutes of trying, on and off. Immediately after I wrote it, it finally worked, but very slow and sluggish. Also, it's extremely frustrating that you keep sending me discounts "valid at participating restaurants" but every time I try to use one, I get "this restaurant is not participating in this offer." It feels like bait and switch.

At some point the app logged me off. Tried to log back in, but it wouldn't let me. It took me to the website and I created a new password and it said it was successful. Tried to login on the app and again it wouldn't let me. Apparently I don't need this app. Un-installed. UPDATE: Since the app has been updated, I reinstalled it and it works perfectly!
