Time Me has been designed with customisation at it’s heart, letting you build even the most complex workouts with the minimum of effort, all from one clean intuitive interface.
With each exercise, you can set the following options:
Set the preparation time, warm up time, exercise time, cool down time and rest time for each exercise
(Or any combination of the above)
Set the intensity of the exercise between 0 and 99
Repeat the entire exercise (or just the workout portion) up to 99 times during each workout set

Each exercise lets you specify which workout sets, it's to be included in, letting you create truly complex routines from just a few simple exercises
First & Last
Custom – Specify which sets to include the exercise in e.g. 1st, 3rd & 5th
Each exercise (or even entire workouts) can be duplicated with ease allowing you to quickly create variations of your exercises without the need to re-enter any information
Existing workouts can even be grouped together allowing you to build even more complex routines with no extra effort
Play a single workout, or play all your workouts back to back, the choice is yours
WORKOUTS TO SUIT YOU
Each workout and exercise shows the length of time it will take to complete, so you can select a routine that fits around you.
Want to skip an exercise or entire workout from your routine? Not a problem, you can quickly mark them as inactive with a simple swipe and Time Me will simply ignore them (there's no need to delete them and add them again later).
Exercises can even be skipped (or repeated) as many times as you’d like during your workout with the handy “Next” and “Previous” buttons
INFORMATION YOU WANT, WHEN YOU WANT IT
Mute individual exercises or entire workouts to stop Time Me alerting you when they are started, giving you complete control over the notifications you receive whilst you work out
You can even choose what type of information is spoken for each and every exercise.
Time Me even allows you to customise what happens when your current exercise is coming to an end, giving you the option to display the final seconds as a pulsing countdown, notifying you with beeps or vibrations, or even all three.
BETTER WITH FRIENDS
Easily share workouts with friends, or even save them to load again later, giving you complete freedom to try out new ideas without loosing your favourite routines
