(This app is a trial, non-commercial version. There are restrictions on the number of forms that can be created and some shortcut creation functions.)

A mini app that you can freely create on your device using the easy-to-create batch-type handy terminal function and front-side technology. In addition, the following functions that are considered necessary for improvement activities are installed. All can be used offline.

Function explanation

1.user form
You can create a user form in several steps from Excel or libreoffice table.

3.QR code the table data with Forme QRCoder * or QR code creation application.
4.Read the QR code on Forme Go.

It also has form parts, datetime, list, combo box, barcode and so on. Various options such as application, BlueTooth, SAF etc. are also available for data sharing.
Data input can be done in Forme Go and analyzed with spreadsheet application in smartphone.
It is not necessary to input data in front of the personal computer, alone.
It is also possible to build a simple data server with old computer and older smartphone (OS 4.1 or higher).

You can create a word book from CSV data. From the five choices, it is a type of choosing the answer. You can also manage grades. Ideal for self-study.
When you read the CSV data that meets the following conditions from the Viewer, the creation option will be displayed.
